How Inbox Recovery Works

Why do I need a password?

By default, temporary email addresses created on TTMAIL do not require a password and are stored exclusively in your browser's local cache. However, if you clear your cache, switch browsers, or attempt to view your email on a mobile device, you will lose access. Setting a custom password secures the mailbox and allows you to fetch it from our Cloudflare D1 database globally.

What happens after 90 days?

We strictly enforce a 90-day retention policy to ensure minimal data liability and maximum privacy. Even if you remember your full email address and password, once the 90-day threshold has passed since the mailbox creation, the system automatically purges the mailbox and all associated emails. It cannot be recovered.
