By accessing or using TTMAIL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We provide a powerful utility to protect your personal inbox; please do not abuse our infrastructure.

1. Description of Service

TTMAIL provides a free, web-based temporary email infrastructure (the "Service"). Users can generate disposable email addresses to receive non-critical communications. The Service operates purely as a receiving mailbox. We do not support sending outgoing emails to prevent our domains from being blacklisted for outbound spam.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

This service is designed to protect user privacy from unsolicited marketing, spam, and mandatory registration forms. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other individuals or entities.
Register for accounts on platforms where doing so violates their Terms of Service (e.g., mass-creating fake accounts for botnets).
Distribute malware, phishing links, or engaging in social engineering attacks.

We reserve the absolute right to actively block IPs, ranges, and ASNs that violate this acceptable use policy without prior notice.

3. API Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure the stability of the Service for all users, our Free API is strictly limited to 1,000 requests per day per IP address. Attempting to circumvent these limits via rotating proxies or botnets is considered a violation of these terms and will result in a permanent ban from our edge network. 4. No Warranty and "AS IS" Delivery

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Because we rely on DNS propagation and third-party SMTP delivery networks, we cannot guarantee that every email sent to a TTMAIL address will arrive successfully.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOTEMP, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:

The use or the inability to use the Service.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your temporary inbox (especially if no password was set).
Failure to receive critical communications (e.g., password resets for important accounts). We strongly advise against using temporary email for crucial services like banking, healthcare, or primary social accounts.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

7. Temporary Phone Number Service Terms

In addition to the general terms above, the following conditions specifically govern use of the TTMAIL Free Temporary Phone Number / Receive SMS Online feature:

7.1 Public Shared Numbers

All virtual phone numbers available on TTMAIL are publicly shared numbers. Every SMS message received on these numbers is visible to any user visiting the corresponding inbox page. You must never use TTMAIL virtual phone numbers for:

Banking, financial institutions, or payment service verification (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
Medical records, healthcare portals, or prescription services.
Recovery codes for primary personal email accounts, social networks, or important digital assets.
Any service where receiving a private, confidential OTP is critical to account security.

7.2 Inbound-Only Service

TTMAIL virtual phone numbers are strictly inbound SMS-only. No outgoing SMS messages, voice calls, or data services are available or permitted. Attempts to configure these numbers for outbound communications in any external system are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.

7.3 Carrier Compliance

Our virtual phone numbers are provisioned through enterprise telecommunications carriers including Telnyx and SignalWire. You agree that your use of this service complies with the terms and acceptable use policies of these carriers, as well as all applicable telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction. Using our service to receive SMS messages in connection with spam campaigns, illegal activities, money laundering, or identity fraud is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate removal from the service and reporting to the relevant carrier and authorities.

7.4 No Guarantee of SMS Delivery

While we use premium enterprise tier-1 carriers to maximize SMS delivery rates, TTMAIL cannot guarantee that every SMS sent to our virtual numbers will be successfully received. Some platforms, applications, or services may detect VoIP/virtual numbers and decline to deliver OTP codes. In such cases, we recommend trying an alternative active number from the same or a different country.

7.5 Automatic Data Purge

All SMS messages received through TTMAIL virtual numbers are automatically and permanently deleted from our database after 10 days. We do not retain SMS logs, OTP codes, or sender/recipient data beyond this retention period. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for noting down any important verification codes before the 10-day expiry.

8. Intellectual Property

The TTMAIL platform, its design (including the NeoBox neobrutalist UI system), source code, branding, and all associated content are the intellectual property of TTMAIL. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the TTMAIL service or its code without prior written consent. Blog articles published on TTMAIL are available for sharing with proper attribution and a link back to the original URL.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of TTMAIL will be governed by applicable international internet law. By using our service, you agree that any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
